Finding a therapist can feel like searching for someone who truly gets it. Maybe you’ve been feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or caught in painful patterns, but don’t know how to change course. Perhaps becoming a parent has brought joy, but also a flood of emotions, new challenges, or memories from your own childhood you wish would stay buried. Or maybe you’ve found yourself silenced or dismissed in a relationship, leaving you confused and doubting yourself. 

If any of this sounds familiar, you don’t have to go through it alone. I work with individuals and couples navigating new parenthood, difficult or abusive relationships, and the deep impact of generational trauma.  

My style is compassionate, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I use an integrative approach, drawing from attachment theory, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), mindfulness and somatic practices, nervous system regulation, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Through these lenses, we’ll tailor strategies to your unique needs.

My hope is to create a space where you feel deeply seen, heard, and understood — where your pain and your truth are never ignored. A place where you don’t have to perform, pretend, or be perfect to belong, but where you can simply come as you are and reconnect to your inherent worth.

Education and Credentials

Lindsey holds an MA in Counseling Psychology and is a registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT). She has advanced training in parenting through Good Inside (Dr. Becky Kennedy) and offers in-person sessions in Newport Beach as well as online therapy for clients throughout Orange County and California.
