Meet Heather

I have been cultivating women’s emotional wellness over 12 years of clinical practice. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Provider. I also have strong roots in Equine-Assisted Therapy. My experience with horses provides a unique, creative approach to understanding my clients and harnessing my intuition.

I provide a safe space where you don’t have to keep it all together. You will be accepted for who you are, right where you are. I am best known for my strong intuition, my genuineness, and my ability to make others feel seen and known.

In my sessions, I balance deep, healing work with practical tools for the here-and-now. I integrate attachment-based therapy, trauma-informed therapy, emotionally focused therapy, relational/interpersonal therapy, EMDR, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). My priority is to get to know you and your unique story so that we can tailor our sessions to meet your needs.

My hope is that through our work, you will break free from the things that rob you of your ability to be present and at peace in your life. I would love to support you in becoming more fulfilled in your relationships, more confident in navigating life’s challenges, and more grounded in who you are.
