In our work together, you’ll find healing, reconnect with yourself, and discover a renewed sense of meaning and fulfillment in your life and relationships.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Certified Perinatal Therapist, and reproductive therapist in Newport Beach, I’ve been supporting women in clinical practice for over 14 years. My relational style creates a safe and compassionate space where you will be accepted for who you are, right where you are. I’m known for my strong intuition, genuine care for my clients, and my ability to make others feel seen and known.

My integrative approach draws from various types of therapy, such as client-centered therapy, attachment-based therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Existential Therapy, trauma-informed therapy, and Perinatal Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). My priority is to learn about and understand your story, enabling us to tailor our sessions to what you need the most.
