I know how destabilizing it can feel when life doesn’t unfold the way you imagined. When what you envisioned no longer aligns with your reality, it can bring grief, uncertainty, and a deep sense of disorientation. I specialize in supporting women through unexpected, difficult life transitions.

I’ve supported women in clinical practice for over 14 years. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Certified Perinatal Therapist, and reproductive therapist in Newport Beach. My integrative approach includes client-centered therapy, attachment-based therapy, Existential Therapy, grief support, and EMDR.

I’m known for my strong intuition, steady presence, and my capacity to hold the complex and often unspoken parts of your experience. I prioritize understanding your story in its full context so our work together feels both clinically grounded and personally meaningful.
