Meet Amanda

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in Newport Beach and a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Clinician. For the past 15 years, it has been my privilege to walk alongside women as they work toward greater connection with themselves and others. My work is depth-oriented and rooted in Attachment Theory, and my style is experienced as empathetic, relational, and collaborative.

My office is a judgment-free space where anything can be explored with compassionate curiosity. I strive to create an environment where clients feel truly seen, heard, and known—because I believe healing begins in the presence of safety and understanding.

I am deeply committed to meeting each woman exactly where she is. No two stories are the same, and I tailor treatment to reflect each client’s unique needs, experiences, and goals. My integrative approach includes talk therapy, mindfulness, and somatic connection. I am also a Certified EMDR Therapist and specialize in working with mothers who have experienced trauma related to fertility challenges, pregnancy, and birth.

My hope is to support you in creating a life that feels more grounded, meaningful, and self-compassionate—the life you’ve been longing for and deserve. You don’t have to carry everything by yourself. Together, we can work toward greater self-worth, healing, and connection.
